We stayed at Zin Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with daily towel and toiletry replacements. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home and were always ready to assist with anything we needed. We felt safe and secure as three female friends traveling together. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning.

it has magnificent location in istanbul as it's just next door to grand bazaar market as well as istanbul. the staff is genuinely helpful and really helpful, they ensure you have an exceptional time here.

Excellent service, great location, and good value. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering us complimentary drinks upon check-in. The hotel's prime location near public transportation made it easy to explore the city. the room was well-maintained and spacious, with all the necessary amenities available.

The lack of a safe in the room made us feel uncomfortable leaving valuables behind. our room faced a busy street and was quite noisy at night, so light sleepers might have trouble getting a good night's rest.

This small hotel was a cozy base for one night. The room was spotless and absolutely fantastic, besides it had an electric kettle and a fridge, just in case. The service provided there was EXCELLENT. Furthermore, there was Wi-Fi at the venue.

Spent my Christmas at this wonderful hotel and I couldn't have been more pleased. The spacious room was a great fit for my family and even had a nice balcony to sit on. The location was perfect, within walking distance to major attractions and transportation. The friendly staff provided excellent service and made us feel welcome. An added bonus was the complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi.

The hotel unfortunately had some payment issues with other guests while we were there, making me a bit nervous. some of the hotel amenities were not provided, such as accessing the air conditioning remote during the colder winter months.

That in the morning the taxi was not there, which caused a bit of inconvenience. However, overall our stay was still enjoyable and we would definitely come back.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and various amenities such as change offices and food stores. Despite being a small hotel, the room was spacious and even had a small balcony. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home and offered their assistance whenever needed. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, convenient location, and excellent service.
